On this day in early August, the sun was just beginning to set.
There was no wind, no traffic or noise.
That was until a young couple decided to take a quick picture in front of the iconic Burnaby Mountain House on the shore of the Fraser River.
It was a day they’d had before.
But this time they were lucky enough to be there with their cameras and a camera lens.
They were able to capture a picture of what they’d been dreaming of since the very beginning.
The couple had been looking forward to the sunrise that would give them a new perspective on the beautiful city they’d left behind.
They knew they’d be out on the town for a while, but the couple wasn’t about to let it get away.
They weren’t going to let the time pass by and they didn’t want to miss their opportunity to take photos of Burnaby.
So the couple decided they would spend the morning on the house.
They took their photo with a Nikon D800, a Canon 5D Mk II, a Fuji X100 and a Nikon Coolpix XT.
They took this picture of the Burnaby House, which is in the heart of Burnababy, on August 10, 2018, after sunset.

The next day, they went out to a nearby farm, where they were able as a family to take some photos of a variety of birds and other wildlife.
This is the view of the beautiful lake in the foreground of this photo.
The sun was still shining in the sky.
So the couple took this photo of the sunset.
